I eat twice a day: first meal around 11am and the second one around 7pm.
In the morning I usually eat tomato based salads, olives, cheese, marinated fish, smoked salmon, sometimes eggs in tomato sauce and spices.
In the evening I eat very diverse but always some either red meat (beef or lamb, no pork), fish (salmon, trout or sea bass usually) or checken with vegetables or/and red sauce (tomato based), spices and eventually rice (simple rice with butter). I make pasta (bolognese style) sometimes. I eat very little to no bread.
In between meals I eat fruits, very little other sweets (only on special occasions).
I drink only water, tea and coffee. Nothing else (no fruit juices either). I dislike sweet drinks.
The numbers of meals I have depends on the level of activity and tiredness usually. If I’m feeling more tired that day, I tend to feel hungrier too. So usually 2-3 meals, but sometimes I’m fine just with one.
In the morning I always have my cup of tea (I can drink several cups during the day) and then usually some Greek yogurt and a fruit. Then, sometimes I have 1 egg (boiled/fried, etc.), some cheese, meat, bell pepper or other vegetables.
The main course consists mainly of some type of soup (I eat these often) and then another course made out of vegetables and some meat (stew for example). I also add salads sometimes.
Milk chocolate is my favorite, but I gave up on sugar for health reasons. So, I buy sometimes chocolate but the sugar free version. Sweeteners such as maltitol and erythritol are not having a good interaction with my digestive system, but I consume them fairly rare.
Daily I try to have at least three meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Usually, for breakfast, I have boiled eggs with veggies: cucumbers, tomatoes, and broccoli. Lunch is more complex and caloric: hamburgers, french fries, beef stroganoff, or fish. For dinner, I might have salads with ham or again veggies. Please, don't tell me my nutritional regime is screwed up. Also, I know the number of meals a person should have per day can vary based on individual preferences and dietary needs, but this is what most experts recommend. It's also important to note that the size and composition of each meal should be based on an individual's calorie and nutrient needs, as well as any specific dietary restrictions or health concerns.
I usually eat 2 meals. Sometime in the morning I'll have a couple biscuits(southern not British) or a couple eggs with bacon or sausage. For dinner meat and potatoes or pasta or Mexican type food.
