Actually, it was a Croat Juraj Križanić who was among the earliest proponents of pan-Slavism, if not the first one, although in his time he could hardly foresee the unfortunate fate of his own people under a climate of forceful pan-Slavism several centuries later.

Well, the thing is, that the convergence of custom, language and blood is exactly what a ethnogenesis is all about.
The core population of Germany is still Germanic, if Slavic and Baltic influences would be equivalent to the Germanic one, it would mean they failed in their struggle for life.

In this case, seems like you wish to (artificially) advance Germanic-ness in the land and bring about convergence when there really isn't any.

Sounds to me like that just amount to lying to yourself - pretending you live in an all-Germanic society where the Germanic element was supremely dominant, when in reality its sucess was not as overwhelming as you would like it to be and Slavic and Baltic cultures played significant roles in the ethnogenesis of what you call Germany. Even with your proposed reforms, Slavic and Baltic elements will survive in culture, even if not in surnames or place name. You will change the image but not the essense...although I guess in many generations the image may become the essense.

Eh no. the Slavic and Baltic part is factually less significant than the Germanic part in Germany's ethnogenesis.
Most Slavic and Baltic elements within the German population were Germanizied, and, as a German, I simply wish to continue to do so.
There is no break with continuity here, nor anything extraordinarily artificial, or "non-existing", or whatever.

    That is the plan .

Eh yes. I wasn't denying that, but "less significant" means "still significant" .

Most Slavic and Baltic elements within the German population were Germanizied, and, as a German, I simply wish to continue to do so.
What do you mean by that? And how is that different from Germanic element being slavicised/blaticised? The result would be the same, what was starting and what was added makes no difference, as I see it.

There is no break with continuity here, nor anything extraordinarily artificial, or "non-existing", or whatever.
Yes there is, you propose to legislate something out of existence instead of letting it develop on its own.

    That is the plan .
Not a bad one. But IMO you should look closely at what you propose, why you propose it and how it's all going to work out.

But when I think of the readiness of today's Germans to sacrifice themselves for their fatherland, there is no need to worry for the other countries.

He whose cake contains a coin will have to sacrifice himself.

What's the mad fetish about for building civilisations on LIES? Let's start acknowledging the Truth instead - and perhaps we'll make a foundation for a structure that will LAST LONGER than the Third Reich or Soviet Union.

If ever you try to hide any aspect of your history, somebody will come along later, expose your deceit and dishonesty, and ruin ALL that you have built, even if unrelated to the lie, as it will all be discredited by association. That is why honest nationalists must speak up when colleagues start proposing dangerous fantasies like Jaeger's.

The idea of closing ranks with a maniac of one's own nationality merely because of this shared nationality baffles me, it really does. I never hesitate to condemn the idiocy of a fellow Englishman, especially when it is expressed in matters pertaining to vitally important ethnopolitical questions.

Though five surnames on the list that you posted do have another meaning:

    21. Dudek - hoopoe
    22. Zając - hare
    25. Król - king
    34. Duda - bagpipe
    45. Kucharski - cook (adj.)
