Crimean Tatars are the true remaining representatives of Kipchak Turks. Russians called them Polovchi which means blonde and blue eyed.

My comment was not especially about the whiteness level of Crimean Tatars. It was just adding a little bit of information about their origin. Russian Tatar is not exactly a correct definition here I think since Tatar and Russian are different ethnicities unless if you mean a Tatar with a Russian passport.

Well, Tatars of Russia have nothing to do with Crimean Tatars. They are totally different (in look too).
Russian Tatars well know as Kazan Tatars weren't called "Tatar" until the beginning of 20'th century.

Most of those pictures they do. Like 3 look like they might have some small mongoloid admix.
