I dn't know if it's from you but it's kinda beautiful.
My opinion now.
Russia should first unite with Belarus and ukraine so it can be more European.
Then it's gonna be hard but will have the task of saving the western countries of their invasion.
Moving east and have even more non european is not something Russia should seek.

Russia should re-conquer central Asia and replace them with Russians

It almost happened. Russian colonials in Central Asia had power, controled economy and were armed, while Asians didn't have a right to serve in Army. The colonials' birthrate was high, while Aisan didn't have medicine and 4 of 5 Asian children were dieing, a good number of Central Asians also had syphilis. What's more Russian Turkestan had its own laws, more liberal ones than in mainland Russia. It was very similar with British India actually.

Unfortunately Soviets fucked up this system. They liberated all Asians and gave them national Republics (all these -stans) and brought free medical care that's why their population started growing rapidly, overwhelming Russian colonials.
What's more politics of korenizatsia gave all power in local governments and police to Asians, replacing Slavs and Germans. Very similar with catastrophe of Boers in South Africa.
