I was speaking about the type of meat, but generally when we put tomato sauce and cheese (plus tomatoes slice, olives and )on something we call it "alla napoletana"

Makes sense, its a typical thing of the area, but tomato sauce and cheese tends to be described as alla parmigiana. alla pizzaiola does not necessitate cheese. Alla parmigiana is baked, and alla pizzaiola is cooked over the stove.

I love them. Unfortunately they absorb incredible amounts of radiation, so it's best not to eat them often.
