I only ate a quart of yogurt yesterday, I did go to the supermarket and Black Diamond three-year-old Cheddar was on sale.
I got two half pounds! I brought one to work to snack on and it will be gone by the end of the day.
My poor coworkers

I love that stuff. It is impossible to cook with and gobbing it just might undo everything the yogurt did for me.

I should eat something so I'm now eating a garlic bread stick with cold delicious grape-flavored Propel fitness water (it has electrolytes in it). My favorite is the kiwi strawberry flavored one. I bought the variety pack (kiwi strawberry/grape/berry).
