Russia is multiethnic culture since capture of Kazan by Ivan the Terrible. If you speak Russian and affiliate yourself with Orthodox Church you may consider yourself a full Russian, your genetic makeup is irrelevant on that matter. Unless you yourself want to preserve original culture of your father and pass it on your children but I think it's a bit too late for that. Anyway it's your choice, nobody is going to force you into any of it just as nobody have any reason to deny it to you.
