I would have taken my studies more seriously and would have graduated earlier. However I clearly lacked maturity and self discipline for that so I am truly thankful to have finished same University and curently work in my field with very decent prospects.

I would have done a few things differently, like everybody else probably. Focus earlier on something i was meant to do. This is why i think now, the most important thing you can help your kid with, is not even basic parenting but encourage any endeavour he/she might have, as unexpected as it sounds at first sight. Id like to become jealous in a way of that for my own.

Yeah I would have focused more on self-improvement when I was younger instead of being friends with people who didn't seem to care much about me. I also would have been less friendly and more aggressive to push away and intimidate bullies. I also would have focused on my appearance more when I was younger as I think this would have opened up better social opportunities, I would also have chose to never wear glasses either as they don't look good ln me and caused me to be a further target of negative treatment, although I think glasses can look good on some people and be cute. I also wish I never tried applying for retail, clothing, or customer service jobs as it was obvious no one wanted me for those jobs and they saw me as a bad fit for them, and if I tried other types of jobs sooner I would have gotten work sooner. I also wish I never associated with Mexicans or tried to be friendly or work with them as they were just stupid useless bratty cunts and sexist stupid macho men that I encountered, I should have set boundaries and realized some groups of people aren't compatible with me and aren't as nice as people say. But yes friendly and good natured Mexicans do exist, please don't be offended Laredo.

I also wish I would have kept personal details about my life more private as people used them against me more fucking times that I can count now....I also wish I didn't give up language learning but I had a bad experience that caused me to resent it and give it up at least for now. I also wish I never took out any loans for school when I was in the US. And I wish I never went to summer school it was more trouble than it was fun. I also wish I would have been more flirty when I was a teenager and went on a date. I also wish I never became friends with a "feminist" of any sort ugh. I also wish I completely avoided people who were materialistic and pretentious. I also wish I saved up for a vacation to Europe when I was younger.

I also really wish I stopped giving gifts and cards years ago.

In school time i d wish to be more assertive and out going- i was too much about sports, video games and books. In my university time i d wish to be a little bit less outgoing and more disciplined as Scarface says- overall being more hard to myself and to others.

Would've started self improvement way sooner but focusing on trying as hard as possible to look like DK Metcalf/a jacked wide reciever, so losing as much bodyfat as possible and packing muscle in the right places (without steroids/PEDs, those are horrible) instead of focusing on gay effeminate shit like face or "looksmaxxing" (That whole movement is mega effeminate/gynocentric/cuck/gay)

Would've tried out for Lacrosse, maybe even given american football in school a shot as a Wide Reciever cause WRs are not the tallest (6ft average) and are the most lightly built players (relative to the other players, who are usually super heavy set, still more built than the average person tho) I'm kinda lanky I think, and a good sprinter, so maybe I would've been a good fit.
I never gave football a shot because I thought all players had to be built like 6'2+ and/or 240+lbs to be good.
I would've fit the height for a running back too but running backs are super beefy and they're pretty much the guys that everyone else is trying to bulldoze over, so they have to be able to switch their direction really fast to deke out people, and I'm bad at being able to very quickly change my direction when sprinting/sprinting corners.

Would've started programming and Computer Engineering/Science passions wayyyy sooner instead of making dinky mods.

Not anything major.

But I do wish I had more of a backbone and didn't take until my mid 20's to learn how to stand up for myself. I wish I was better at seeing red flags and not believing bad men who lied to me, because I didn't really have to end up as jaded as I am. I wish I got treatment for my mental issues sooner. I wish I never started smoking, even though I've quit.

But every decision I made got me to where I am now so I probably wouldn't actually undo them. I'm comfortable.

is there anything you would have chosen to do differently to alter your path in life? a couple things? a lot of things? maybe just one mistake you wish you wouldn't of made? or a lot of them?

i realize we have a mass array of different age groups on here, which should make this all the more the interesting.

and don't give me that "i have no regrets" or "i wouldn't change anything i did, i'm happy with my life" horseshit.

It isn't really my fault, but I wish covid never happened. But I fear that if it never happened I wouldn't have done what I should have done anyways, and that is, played more sports as a kid.

I remember senior year of High School, I had been going to the gym, and found myself doing the first or second most pushups out of anyone in my gym class. I had always been a late bloomer before then, and out of shape video game kid. I played soccer ("football" for you YUROPEANS), but I wasn't very good at it. If I had gotten into the gym a year or two earlier, I could have played soccer again and I would have more confidence and more aerobic capacity. Even though when I was a kid I saw it as kind of a chore, the best memories I have are me and my boys on the town team having a great year and always eating donuts after a good game.

Also, I wish I had been much more ambitious in school. I'm not disappointed where I ended up, but I am disappointed that I was given so much oppurtunity and settled a bit. I should have chosen harder classes. I most regret not taking something called AP classes for English and Physics, which I certainly could have handled. But I was too uninterested.

Also, I wish I hadn't taken Accutane. I'm not that short, but my dad is over 6' so I think if I hadn't taken it I would have grown as tall as him. Acne is painful, but I would rather have acne and be 6'. It's very good in today's dating economy
