Yes, but I am just saying that it´s not easy to discriminate every component due to that overlapping. Maybe using a great average single reference of each one would work better, but maybe you should recommend some type of penalization to minimize that effect using so many references. (0.5X).

I thought on doing this, but I wanted to make better distances. It worked well with the testings I did, in modern populations.

I've already adressed Chr here, but It's very simple, Iberian Chalcolithic is very similar to Globular Amphora, so I put them all together in one label, it's not that there is an Iberian Globular Amphora. I just used the Eupedia Samples.
The results seem accurate, so far, IMO.

Extra Iranian/Caucasian-related or South Asian admixture in Europe, ex: Roma people usually get ~20% Iran Chl, that's why I have the ASI there as well. It also could represent some other Iranian-related admix, Like Alans, etc, although what you quoted, doesn't seem to have Iran Chalcolithic.

I would have understood that "Ch" would have been Chalcolithic, but that "r" added making "Chr" it´s strange because usually "Chr" it´s an abbreviation for "chromosome"and with "Iberian Globular Amphora" all for me was a nonsense.

I'm sorry for being off topic, but I didn't understand what the labels of those samples alluded to.

No prob, I've already said that I confused Chalcolithic with Charcolithic, because of Charcoal , and the label is Iberian_Chl/Globular_Amphora, not Iberian_Globular_Amphora .
