First one is most likely Albanian heritage( Arnout surname )
Second one is certainly a Algerian Turk ( Kourdoughli / Koloughli)
Third one is Russian mixed ( I think with uzbek too)
    Fourth one is Argentinian mixed
5th one is Latin American mixed ( I think Ecuador )

    A crowd of Venezuelans

    A crowd of Syrians

I think the Venezuelan average stands out more because you just don’t see that level of Amerindian and Sub-Saharan African admixture in Europe, comparatively the Syrian average doesn’t stand out as much but they still look pretty foreign.

Venezuela is a very diverse country, and bunch of lower class Venezuelans with high degree of SSA admixture, and from some large city close to the Caribbean coast (very likely that pic is in Caracas) don't represent the full picture of how Venezuelans look like.

We could also go to the other extreme...

These are crowds from a private university in Caracas:

And Venezuelans like those from that private university, though not the majority of the Venezuelan population, they are not uncommon either, since Venezuela received nearly 1 million of recent European immigrants (mostly Spaniards, Italians and Portuguese) during the third quarter of the last century, and they started arriving to Venezuela when Venezuela had barely around 5 million inhabitants, and nowadays, there are lots of people like that in the Venezuelan middle and upper classes.

And if we go by something more intermediate between those two extremes (the one posted by you, and the one I just posted of those university students), and that I think it more fairly represent the average Venezuelan racial composition (a varied mix of triracials and mestizos in diverse proportions, and some more into that variety, including some few people with more noticeable SSA admix, as well as some Euro-mestizos and whites) because they are in crowded streets where there are people of all social classes, or in some events visited by all kind of people...

These are crowds of people from Barquisimeto (the fourth largest and most populated Venezuelan city):

    Crowded streets in western Caracas:

    Spoiler!

Then, in many inner Venezuelan states like Lara, the Venezuelan llanos, etc., and even some coastal states like Nueva Esparta, most of Zulia, great part of Falcon state, etc, there is lower African input and the general population leans more towards mestizo, and then, the Venezuelan Andes (10% of the Venezuelan population) are predominately mestizo/Euro-mestizo/white, with very low SSA input, and that without counting the large middle to upper class sectors of many Venezuelan (NON Andean) big cities, where there are lots of people like those of the private university. Then, it is unfair to generalize all Venezuelans as being like that very African mixed people from that picture you posted, and saying that "that's the Venezuelan average". That's as stupid and unfair as claiming that the most black admixed people from northeastern Brazil or from the favelas of Rio represent the Brazilian average.

Going back to the thread question, if we have to decide who look closer to Europeans between Syrians and those Venezuelans you posted, obviously Syrians look closer to Europeans by far, but if we compare Syrians with those middle to upper class Venezuelans from the private university in Caracas, those Venezuelans look way closer in looks to Europeans than Syrians, and if we have to decide who is closer in looks to Europeans between Syrians and the Venezuelans from the videos of crowded streets of Barquisimeto and Caracas (which I think more fairly represent all the Venezuelan racial spectrum than that picture you posted) I think they both would be even.

    (1) Even in those photos from the private university (more so the second than first photo, for whatever reason), there are still a lot of Mestizos and Triracials. (2) In any case, as you know full well, there is a world of difference between e.g. passing in Greece and passing in Denmark. While hardly any Syrians could do the latter, there is a large minority who could do the former.

I think it's a bit unreasonable to compare triracials and mestizos with Syrians though, a fair comparison would be the Castizo/pred euro range of Venezuelans with Syrians as both are predominantly Caucasoid.

True, but as I said, even those photos of wealthier (and thus putatively whiter) Venezuelans still have a lot of people just as unpassable anywhere in Europe if not more so than circa 80% of Syrians.

Well the first picture of the crowd above a large majority can pass in Europe. Remember , your criteria is Greece at the very least and I think a ton of them can pass unotice from afar . The second picture less so but still reasonable.

Both Syrians and Venezuelans look like homo sapiens.
