I think he looks Dutch, Danish or English. Maybe Anglo-Saxon or Faelid phenotype ?

He looks similar to my English dad did when young, unusual but not totally atypical for France, noric with tronder influence.

How do you see the Noric influence ? His nose seems straight to me, albeit maybe bigger than expected for a Nordic.
His features are common, but platinium blonde hair is atypical.
