Is this excluding the non Euro or Caucasian players? I would think France would be darker and looking like a mulatto..

Players of African descent were excluded.

Ethnicity criteria was a bit complicated though, especially in Latin countries.

Sweden the lightest and Portuguese the darkest seems.

The French composite face looks gracile and progressive, as it should be.

Really?
I thought otherwise since the Portugal sample is so dark.

I'd like there would be also a overall composite including also non-whites, as they actually played on the pitch.

Certainly not the gypsy and "mixed-race" ones looking at the Portuguese composite it is quite clear that players like Ricardo Quaresma and Ricardo Costa have not been excluded - and should.

Either way, this year's UEFA pictures were terrible. Looking at the Danish composite looks like he's been dead for days.

It's very poorly done.

Neither of those two were included, actually.
