I'm In a fast diet, eating one meal per day and drinking lots of banana shakes. I'm able to lose weight everywhere but not on my belly, I'm not fat just skinny belly fat.

It could be a case of having a frame that just accentuates your belly, like your rib cage shape maybe.

I can think of two reasons.

    1. You probably have a bloated belly because you have zero healthy bacteria in your gut because you enema anus all the time.
    2. Another reason is that like in 95% of population your psoas muscle is too tight because of too much sitting down and pulls your lower spine inward with the rest of your organs.

It's extremely hard to untighten your psoas muscle. You need to train your gluteus and hamstrings in order to balance out the tightness of quads and abs (yeah training abs and quads only is not good) and you also need to sit less. When you sit you also shorten psoas muscle and every muscle that is shortened gets tight. Strange, but that's how it is.

Well, think positively: A too skinny Sovanz would have a hardly noticeable navel which is hard to clean, the aperture being smaller than the tip of a pinky finger. You're welcome!

So stretching a lot and try to stand firm won't help at all? I'm thinking going on a week fast and see that the goes, the most I was able to archived was 3 days.

Try Keto and Intermittent fasting. I gained 12 kilos (from 82 to 94) in 2023 in 2+ months due to illness and lack of activity, got belly and whats worst a non alcoholic fatty liver. Got rid of all of it (from 94 to 79) to by returning to Keto, from January to end of April. And fatty liver is considered to be quite hard to get rid of, doctor told me I remember "some say it's possible, some say it's not", but I remembered fatty liver mentioned by those who popularize keto diet. Keto starts to "eat" all your fats as fats, ketones become the primary energy source for brain and body instead of glucose from carbs.

Latinos have tendency to diabetes that is higher than other folks. Knowing that I suggest you increase your physical activity , and cut some junk foods, bad fat, processed food, street food, and eat lots of vegetables , avoid too much dairy and too much processed meat etc. After meals do some activity, and have a protein bar for athletes after it. If you do that you'll be fine imho, I had same problem and my belly now decreased a lot with this. It's a problem that probably shows you're going towards insulin resistance (which I was too) and you should fight it within a year or two max from now by losing that extra amount of fat or you're going to develop a full set of symptoms of metabolic syndrom and go towards pre diabetes in the next years/decade. You'll avoid this completely if you make these changes in diet imo.

You tried the keto diet or the pills? And does it really work?
