Possibly. But his rose-colored skin (typical Aryan) excludes Pamirid. His head shape (typical Aryan) excludes Pamirid. Aryans preceded Turkics in Chu river basin (the area where he's from) basin for almost 3000 years and the region was almost uninhabited before they came cca 4000 years ago. So the population that resulted in that area is Turkic-Aryan mix rather than Turkic-Iranid...
