Uzbeks are genetically almost half Mongoloid with 40 % Mongoloid admxiture on average. Turkmens and Tajiks have also 15-20 % Mongoloid admixture on average which is significant. I have noticed that many Kazakhs have a stupid stereotype about Uzbeks that all of them are Iranic looking Caucasoids which isn't true

Man. There are lot of uzbeks in southern regions of Kazakhstan. Most of them are absolutely caucasoids (more than 90%)

You bring up a fair point. I've been both to your country and Tajikistan and can honestly say say Kazakh and Tajik phenotypes are not exactly the same. While there was indeed a paper that showed mongoloid admixture among the people of Tajikistan it should be noted that admixture is not uniform among all sub-ethnic groups within that country. Some Tajiks in the more remote isolated regions like Yagnobi people don't even look all that mongoloid or even Turanid. In Dushanbe, most people's phenotypes showed a prevailing blend of west and south Asian. Granted they may have autosomal traits that show mongoloid admixture but average Tajik does not look like average Kazakh.

Sorry but based on the pictures of Uzbeks what I've seen many of them have visible Mongoloid features or look even predominantly Mongoloid. The Uzbeks from Afghanistan look more Mongoloid admixed than the Uzbeks from Uzbekistan

Yes. We all know that. But I think term "turanid" itself is wrong.

Its a term invented before the use of admixture analysis and ergo thrown around somewhat wreck-lessy cause someone with 5% east Asian and 95% west Eurasian autosomal scores is probably not going to look the same as someone with the inverse of that. Yet the Coonian anthropologists simply latched on to the concept of any arbitrary amount of east+west eurasian traits = turanid.
