Hej hej Pallantides, nice cap.
Check those
They are from lower central Portugal (Ribatejo region, just north of Lisbon)
and wear a traditional costume in red jacket and that typical red/green cap.
Those costumes were used by the guys who gather the bulls in horseback (Campinos). It's a tradition but it's kind of dying nowadays they can be seen in festivals to show how things used to be.
It is also used by Forcados, those mad man that face and take bulls by the head. I'm not a Tourada fan but I kind of admire those ones, it's just men against the beast.
