I think loneliness can cause mental illness. Lack of social interaction can be very damaging. I discussed this with my therapist.

Yeah, work on your mental illness if you can.
If you cannot, then it is still possible to fool someone into believing that you are sane, as far as short term relationships are concerned.

He live in Turkey he is a incel i have seen many example like that on internet according to me East asia especially japan have worst problem of incel.

No, actually loneliness might causes mental illness/depression in someone, regardless of gender.
