I would say Sardinians and Finns.
If I base myself on the idea that have the members about the "Sardinian face": they all look like North Africans with negroid influence. Strangely, all my native Sardinian cousins (genetically and genealogically) do not look like Arabs or gypsies or other thing, just looks typical Sardinians ("barbagians") mountains, like my maternal grandfather.

The Baskids, sure. The non-Baskids tend to look either very pan-European or standard Iberian.

Wrong. They don't look the same as their neighbours because they have unque mix of European ethnicities none of us have.

Sardinians like Basques have their own type (Baskid and Paleo-Sardinian) so much they are unique.

Nordics are not that unique looking tbh, most of their phenotypes can be found to smaller degrees in other Germanic nations, because of the influx of Nordic blood everywhere 1500 years ago. Insular Celts are more unique looking IMO, pretty much 3000 years of isolation from Continentals means that at least 30-40% of Irish and Scottish don't pass well outside the British Isles, me being one.

Neither do Sardinians look that unique from what I've seen, nearly all of them can pass in Spain or Italy.

Probably East Finns or Basques if you're excluding Lapps, Mari, Tatars and the like.

Sardinian phenotype looks like a reduced Paleoatlantid. They remind castizos also because of their facial features.
