They look very harmless - like Smurfs. In the ruthless Middle Ages, both of them would have been captured, raped and sold into slavery to the East.

There is no evidence of enmity between Slavs and Varangians after the middle of the 9th century. In the early centuries (8th century), Slovene Novgorodians slaughtered Swedes in Ladoga - from children to the elderly. Completely cleared the area. Occupied their territory. After 100 years, the Swedes recaptured Ladoga, but Slovene and Krivichi again massacred the Swedes in Ladoga 20 years later. There were no more conflicts between Slavs and Scandinavians until the time of the Russian-Swedish wars. In the Middle Ages, the Scandinavians settled among the Slavs, gave their daughters in marriage to the Slavs and vice versa. 10th century Scandinavian mercenaries who fought for the Russian princes. They had Slavic concubines, no doubt. But Scandinavian women were also fucked by Slavs. This is a normal community of two northern peoples.

The Viking age began in the 9th century, fool. I have nothing to do with Croatian and Czech slaves. You can send them a request. The Russian Slavs collaborated with the Varangians. We called the Swedish Prince Rurik to the throne, whose grandson Svyatoslav was already a Slav and hired Swedes into his army for money. These Swedes were cannon fodder, not masters in any way. They were settled away from the cities in the villages. There they lived, then died in the Slavic wars.

Did you read the link I posted or are you just gonna give your version?
There's a ton of sources on the internet, I hope they are not blocked in Russia
Check the lnk below as well
Over time, slaving become arguably the main element of the trade that developed during the Viking Age along the eastern rivers of European Russia and what is now Ukraine. No solid infrastructure of purpose-built slave markets, with auction blocks and the like, existed.
