    Wink Traditional Spanish Paella

Paella is sort of like a stew made of seafood, shrimp and chicken. It's one of the most delicious traditional Spanish dish. I like to eat with caesar salad and a good red wine.

If a Valencian see this recipe, he would tell you that that is not a true paella but "arroz con cosas"(rice with things).

Anyway, better call this "paella de marisco"(seafood paella), suposedly traditional paella had not any seafood.

I prefer seafood paella rather than traditional one, but it´s true that I have never taste a true traditional paella made by a Valencian individual in his home.

My grandmother made it sometimes. But I don't know how to cook it by myself. I tried few times, but I cooked wrong and it tasted horrible. I think it's because the mussels.
