Looks like the similarities of the ancient Etruscan to the Scandinavian languages has been studied.
But then again, the Etruscans were descendants of the steppe pastoralists after all, who must have assimilated to the local people’s lingo, whereas in other parts of Europe the Neolithic Europeans became language shifters.
