Great information. EEF are 60% WHG?

Not exactly WHG, but a closely related West Eurasian population which is closer to WHG than to anything else.

Can WHG be rebuilt using ANE? What else should be used, and how much?

I don't know what you mean exactly by "rebuilt" but if anything using admixture today, the reverse would be easier as ANE is some sort of intermediate between WHG and something more Eastern in Eurasia. Mostly because it's older in time and closer to the West/East split, in the same way as Kostenki was, but it's not exactly like you could mix a WHG and a Siberian to get it exactly either. Those groups went into isolation and developped their own features and evolutionnary drifts.
