I feel like I'm the only Northern European to not get any Scotland % ever. Also, Swedish DNA not found in Finland? I still have a lot of Norway too, but reasonable amount of Finnish.

Do you get significant East Asian or Southeast Asian on calculators? My father gets 0.41% Mongolia & Central Asia–North on AncestryDNA and is higher Southeast Asian than on Eurogenes k15 than the average for any European population. Maybe your at least higher than average Poles?

Depending on calculators. On some I get slight East Asian, usually below 1%, on some I get nothing. Calculators shift me to the east. I get closer distances to Eastern Ukraine or Western Russia than Poland usually.

Hard to say how to check that for validity. 23andMe would be one alternative. It should then show tiny South Asian (0.3%?) which is very specific. Another thing is to look at individuals that your gf matches on that segment. That doesn't cost anything.
