Depends on the circles you are around.

Principled right wingers will never accept a ethnic non German as German, unlike hes from a ethnicity we view as noble, like I cant imagine anyone giving a fuck if a Norwegian calls himself German.

There is also a rare case of Sefat Babic, a Bosnian that became a local politician of the NPD, the unofficial NSDAP successor party.



Regular liberal German, will accept any patriotic foreigner.
