I agree with him on this.

We wanted to hear what his truthful insights were, and you didn’t provide us with any.

I am not talking about who knows UK better. I just want to hear his truthful insights.
I've given you an example. An insight is knowledge, it's arrogant of you as a foreigner to think you know better.
    Spoiler!

Well don't be encouraging him by giving him credit for his stupidity. You tell me not to ask stupid questions and don't pull him up on his absurd theories.

My literal first reply to him was calling him out on nonsense.

Bold part can be the case. I’m not opposing that.

    I opposed the first part.

What bias? I just don't feel like I am in a different country in Leeds than Glasgow
, it's pretty obvious that Leeds and Glasgow both feel quite similar, it isn't like the difference between say Cologne and Lyon which would be very different even where food and drink are concerned.

“imo Brits north of Chesterfield are barbarians.“

    Bias is in this part.

If they were Rangers fans they wouldn't mind that much, history is more complicated.

Northern English are a lot more similar to lowland Scots in all ways than they are to people from Essex say. The bigger question is if lowland Scots are more similar to them than they are to highland Scots.

Why? They are northerners so their character is different, a bit more brash, more outgoing, a bit more rawer in terms of emotions and less cultured.
