Heard about Domina. Ill keep an eye on it, seems cool. There are few movies/tv series about ancient roman women in power.

One thing a lot of movie productions get wrong is their portrayal of late Roman (4th-5th century) clothing styles and military equipment/weapons. It's frequently depicted as 1st/2nd century style that most audiences are familiar with. But it's historically inaccurate. It would be the same as depicting a story in the 21st century where everyone is still dressed like it's the 18th century--it would look quite silly.

This cannot be missing from any list on the subject (and it doesn't matter if the theme is Roman Empire or if the theme is TV series, Rome-HBO has to be mentioned)
