Meade if you just get lean, grow a bit of stubble (your mandible is your weakest feature) and wear well-fitting clothes you'd easily be in the top 30 percentile for people your age from a purely aesthetic standpoint. Full head of hair, top percentile shoulder breadth, good eye area and decent midface. However none of this will make you not autistic, which is your biggest problem, you looked good when you were in your 20s yet had no action in spite of it.
