Which of these two scenarios would you consider to be more multi-ethnic?

Tooting, some of your threads are interesting. The ones you can argue for just one option. This is completely arbitrary and both interpretations are equally valid since the term multi-ethnic is kinda vague. And that doesn't mean it leads to the third option.

I never really thought about that. But I guess they are mostly single people.

Moment the migrants create their own bubble you know they wont integrate. Thats why integration works for now better in Eastern Europe, its because even those who come to those places dont have enough of their countrymen in the country, therefore they are forced to socialise more with locals and learn the language.

The second scenario is more multi ethnic, but is a better scenario because British remain as being more majority than in the first scenario.
