Perhaps.I know some girls who look similar to this and they tend to be red headed.I wasn't able to find a colour picture,unfortunately.

Well, you can find red-headed Alpines, Mediterraneans and Nordics or some mix of such. There is no redheaded races. Genetically speaking, its a mutation of dark hair btw.
