His cheekbone is a little flat, but not enough flat to the Europo-Mongoloid based on these two photo. The only not Mongoloid or partially Mongoloid origin race with a little bit flat like cheekbone is the Cromagnoid. And he have too wide face on a too brachycephalic head. In this photo he is almost protoeuropid:
