cant judge it like i said i only saw your mom on like 2 pics and in real life it is often a little different but judging the pics she is not pale or anything and her features are 1. totally non european and 2. even a little bit negroid influenced TO ME

I think this is fair. Italy in general is diverse all throughout the country. Normans and Lombards, French, Austrians and Spaniards all controlled huge parts of the North and South of the country. SO you will see dark and light people all through the country. Plus, you have a lot of Dinaric and Alpine pockets in isolated mountain parts of the country in the Alps and Central Italian Apennines.
