She could pass only to someone with untrained eye. Not more Polish looking than random British girl, she just has very distinct and distant look like people from Finland often have. She would even stick out among some cherry-picked Polish blondes with upturned noses of her. I would instinctively know that she's not from there.

As I said she does not look typical Slavic/Baltic Polish, but no way in hell she looks as exotic as you make it sound LOL
