Both my biological parents lived in Southern Ethiopia on the boarder to Ogaden when I was born. As I've understood. by looking at some papers from the adoptive firm. We are closley related to the Cushitic somali related tribe in the northern part of Kenya called Rendille. and yes I've heard people say I look habesha. But isn't habesha just a term for Amhara, the Gurage, the Tigre and the Tigray-Tigrinya. etc. I've met some of them, and I'm much taller. and they often have dark lips. I will take a paternal and maternal ancestry test this year. thanks for quick response guys. peace & love

Well if you are Rendille, my bad...they are proto-Somalid who migrated southwards from Somalia. I coincidentally made a thread about them recently...

I will get back to you guys, after my maternal and paternal african ancestry test, I guess it will be no suprise. but anyway nice to get the % match with a tribe. and if I have some nilote or bantu flowing through my veins.

The African Ancestry test shows that I'm genetically on both maternal and paternal thousands of years back, closest to the Falasha Ethiopians (Beta Israel) So I am therotically a jew if it's true that they are migrated jews to Africa. A little shocked but glad to know.
