Yes, I could pick such guys from 1000 ukrainians, russians, poles and czechs, they look very distinct from slavs, especially the fierce facial features, head shape, ear form and so on, it is one ancient look, slavs came to the Balkans around the 7th Century, this and some other highlanders look is extremely similiar with the one of Illyian/Dardan kings like Monun, Longar, Genti, Taulant and especially Agron, he looks very similiar to king Agron who ruled the modern highlands under the tribe of Labeatis.

Slavic highlanders and Albo highlanders look similar.

The similiarities between slavic and albanian highlanders of the North is only due to close proximity, there are some Illyrian named places in Northern Montenegro as there are some slav names in the highlands but that is due to close proximity, genetically it is barely existant since our ancient books had banned the mixing with the newly arrived and kicked out of the communities mixed individuals.

If you're really interested to know, some time ago in my village which is close to Montenegro they found some ancient tumas(Illyrian-like graves) and dating back in time they found one of the most ancient highlanders ever(archeologists found out the name agron and skordian amonst the pile of stones)..those graves were very ancient.
