Persian-Balkan hybrids?
If they are, what's their classification? Could it be pontid that gives some afghans a Balkan vibe? Btw people were almost certain that I was from the Balkans, Greece was the common answer for me

No they don't, but some afghans do, is it a pontid element that's present?

Yes. Afghans seem to have a genetic influence from the Russian steppes, although it's not predominant.
