She's pretty..I understand why Colombia claims 37% White. most are like 65-75% Euro genes but only 10% got enough (>=85%) to look full Euro..

Not that I want to go off-topic for much longer, but thanks for the link. That is the first time I've seen such a claim, and it is utterly preposterous. Even in my own family, where there is relatively recent Spanish and French ancestry, there are plenty of people with dark skin and/or Amerindian features, though not everyone of course.

isn't there a region of indian where they are like part dutch, british and irish? I noticed people of half indian extraction here sometimes can be hard to tell and generally depends which Indian group they are descended from.

I think you are thinking of Goa which was a Portuguese colony. However, the vast majority there are not part Portuguese, but are Catholic.

Then why is there such high European admixture amongst African Americans. They did mix, but they kept it behind closed doors because they had a very racialist mentality unlike the Spaniards and Portuguese who didn't care to be judged.

I'm not saying there wasn't mixing, BUT NOWHERE NEAR ON THE SAME SCALE. Anyway, certainly there wasn't too much mixing in the African and Asian colonies.

Alot intercurses took place between Northern NA and early European colonizers such as Brits and French. But the point is, they were more Conservative oriented when race was involved so normally they escaped interracial intercurses with offspring's coming as result however no matter how conservative views they carried still intercurses took place in massive numbers among French and Brits however produced kids of those intercurses mostly were left with non-white maternal side since society didn't accept 'em in contrary to Portuguese colonized lands which were something like a norm and were seen as normal to certain extent.
