Notice all the J1 in South and Central France. Does this come from those who fled the Spanish Inquisition?

Probably not because Moors (or better, Saracens) arrived in what is now France 7 centuries earlier and I don't see catholic France accepting an influx of Muslims and Jews. The frequency of E-M81 and J1 may have rised for other reasons, including earlier migrations. Some J1 in Europe aren't even directly related to the one which dominates MENA people.
