I have an aunt who looks similar to her.
First pic she looks Hispanic/Castiza type.
I think if she had darker hair, I dont think she would look white, but as is, I would say yes.

My first impression of her is "abuelita" rather than "white." Ethnics, even if they are considered white, are still primarily ethnics to me.
