Since he's from England, his Greek ancestry is almost certainly Cypriot. But he looks mostly English IMO.
I liked the song 'Do You Want to', released a few years ago.
slightly alpinized N. Atlantid + Norid/noric and CM.

Actually his father is from Piraeus, Greece.

Really? Then his father is certainly one of the few non-Cypriot Greeks in the UK.
That being said, I still think he looks more British. Do you agree?

Greek Cypriots are definitely more numerous than Greeks from Greece in the UK, Cyprus being a former crown colony and all.
However non Cypriot Greeks have a sizable community too, dating centuries ago. For example the Rallis Brothers (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ralli_Brothers) who were originally from Chios have been based in the UK for a very long time and are famous for being the most successful expatriate Greek merchant business of the Victorian era. Additionally during the last decades many Greeks studied in the UK and many decided to pursue careers there becoming permanent residents. Even more recently many Greeks relocated to the UK due to the economic crisis that struck Greece a few years ago.
I agree, Alex does look more British.

Ahh okay. I may have underestimated the population of non Cypriot Greeks in the UK. They're much less numerous than Cypriots, but far from negligible. And I didn't know they've been in the UK for centuries. Thanks for sharing!
