I first wanted to say that he could pass as kurd but something about his look is off for a kurd or near easterner in general ....I cant describe what it is though

He is probably Mexican. A lot of Mexicans from the 25-40% Amerindian range can interestingly pass as Near Eastern and vice versa, whereas the 10-25% Amerindian range comes out looking Italian or Greek instead of Iberian.

I would not have thought Puerto Rican. Too Amerindian. And even the whiter looking Puerto Ricans I know often have hair textures only a mixed black person can have even if all else looks fully European.
