I have seen this look and I always perceive it as harnizo.

But half of the people in those links looked like this
Do they have so much Turkish admixture that they look even more Mongoloid than half of Turks? or is it a pseudo-mestizo look?

Probably the latter. Anyway, most don't look as extreme as him.

It means around 1/3 Amerindian more-or-less.

Could be Castizo I think. Doesn't look MENA (too small eyes and weird nose).
