Her high cheekbones are throwing me off. Not typical Albanian or Greek. There's something Slavic about her eyes and tits.Don't know.

Pia Merete Tjelta (born 12 September 1977 Stavanger ) is a Norwegian actress.
Tjelta graduated from the Norwegian National Academy of Theatre in 2006, but had already appeared in many films. She made her film debut in 2001 in the film Mongoland. She entered the Norwegian National Academy of Theatre in 2000, but after taking a two-year maternity leave, she did not manage to graduate until 2006. In 2005, she also worked on the jury of the TV series Filmstjerne on TV 2.
She made her stage debut in 2006 with the play Fyrverkerimakarens dotter at Det Norske Teatret. In 2007 she starred in the play "Få meg på, for faen" (based on the Norwegian book by the same name) at Det Norske Teatret, where she played Maria.
In February 2007 she received much media coverage for her lead role in the Norwegian romantic comedy Mars og Venus. The film was described as the year's big feelgood film

btw Tjelta is also a place name in Sola in Rogaland, it was common in the rural communites to pick a surname from the name of places or the area were one lived.

Norwegian? Wow, would have never guessed. She looks very Balkan/South European.

It's possible her family pedigree was more Neolithic (J2 Haplogroups?) influenced than Paleolithic in terms of intermarrying, or a least recombined that way. However, in all reality, she could be just like an average genomic/clustering Norwegian, but her DNA combined in such a way that resulted in a complete Neolithic outcome in her phenotype (that is a distant resemblance of old Europeans common to the Balkans/South Europe), or at least a disharmonious combination of certain native alleles common to Norway.

There are ancient Neolithic J2 haplogroups in Norway, but haplogroups don't determine phenotype, that's autosomal DNA, but still it's worth mentioning. Another possible reason could be she inherited a mixture of Tydal/ancient Neolithic/Saami traits with some Skandonordid ones to produce such a result. One could say she has distant Gypsy/Jewish ancestry. Generally, if one looks exotic, they have exotic ancestry somewhere down the line. We could go on and on really explaining her looks coming to speculative conclusions without arriving at any answers.

Despite her strange looks, in the end she still gives me a "Scandinavian Tydal vibe." ;)

In some pictures she looks somewhat more avarage and others very atypical...she definitly does have an exotic look.

No, she was born in Norway to Norwegian parents.
Jews were not allowed entry to Norway before 1851, today there are only 2000 Jews in Norway and most of them live in Oslo, I don't think are any Armenians in Norway.

I don't think are any Armenians in Norway.

I was wrong, at least one Armenian was adopted by a Norwegian missionary Bodil Biørn during the Armenian genocide.

Moreover, Biørn adopted a 2 years old Armenian orphan, who survived the genocide and in 1917, she took the boy named Rafael with her to Norway and baptized him as Nansen. Nansen (originally named Rafael) became her only son, as Biørn never got married in her life.

Though it's extremly doubtful that Pia descent or is related to that person.

Taurid/Armenoid Mediterranid, and looks Armenian to me, but I could see how someone could say she is a Dinaro-Mediterranid from Greece, Bulgaria, or Southern Italy.
