He was born in Cyprus, plays for a Greek team and is an ethnic Bulgarian.

So-so,bares some superficial resemblance to Greek basketball player Georgios Bogris in features but I wouldn't call it typical.

Yes he could. Paint him brunette and he would fit in everyone's eyes.
And I doubt that Westerners has bumpy nose, big lips and large eyes ALL combined.

Logically, he's not Greek after all. But he passes better than 2/3 of Bulgarians with dark hair and eyes if you ask me.

Maybe. But, he looks more like a young Jeremy Clarkson to me. He could pass as English as well.
