Yes and no, his colouring is very common, but I suppose he does look a little odd facially, I guess many actors do though. But nothing too exotic looking about him.

There is a lot of Welsh people who look like him but he have bruen influence which give him the ''the Irish look''

Welsh people are Mostly North-Atlantid and Paleo-Atlantid.
They are more Mediterranid than Irish type

I'd have to disagree with the view that more Welsh people look like him, I think he has slightly "off" features that aren't particularly common in either country but if I had to take a guess I'd probably say he was Irish. I'd also wager there are as many if not more North Atlandid types in Ireland as there are in Wales which is what we're discussing in this picture, although I'd agree with a slightly bigger Paleo Atlandid influence in Wales.
