Looks almost English from that picture, but from another angle she could look completely different. Happens with some people (like myself) more than others.

I highly doubt she could be Pashtun, probably Nurestani or a Dard or maybe a Dari Persian from more Northerly regions like Badakshan.

I agree with Shah that she's too young to be classified. Many Caucasians are interchangeable racially as children, and often only acquire the facial contours of their nationality in their late teens. I'll bet in 7 0r 8 years she won't look as Euro, but, of course, there is always the odd exception that exhibits non-native retention.
