At first glance, he looks a bit mestizo. I can't really tell though.

Well that's the thing, I really can't. But I can list some things I see:

Atlanto-Alpine, Berid, Turanid, Amerindian, minor Sinid.

This is extremely true. Which is what makes me curious as to his taxonomy.
