Rasputin
Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin, baptised on 22 January [O.S. 10 January] 1869 – murdered on 30 December [O.S. 17 December] 1916
was a Russian peasant, mystical faith healer and private adviser to the Romanovs, the last Tsars of Russia.
He was employed by the Tsars to heal their only son, who suffered with haemophilia passed to him via
his mother who was a descendant from Queen Victoria's cursed bloodline - aka the 'royal disease'.
Rasputin played a role in the antagonism felt by the Russian public prior to the Russian Revolution.
