Getting back to the classifications, not a big difference between the Scots and the Slovenes, but some of the Scottish girls have a keltic-noric influence.

It could be other way around: many Eastern Germans have Western Slavic look. Half of modern day Germany was populated by Slavic tribes some centuries ago.

They may not look the exactly the same, but similar pheontypes. Both Slovenians and Scottish have a relative fair complexion. Scotts look more Keltic-Nordic, while Slovenians more German. In the picture above, which students are Bulgarian and Norwegian?

Scots and Slovenians do not, in most cases, look especially alike. (a) Slovenians are NOT on the whole that fair - they are a Balkan people. (b) Regardless of pigmentation anyway, Scots and Slovenes have rather different facial features - Keltic-Nordic versus Alpine and various South Slavic types.

Some do, others don't. The men certainly not.

Slovenes look like Western Slavs, not like Scotts. There might be some overlap but that itself is a racial one...

Other than that, I disagree that Slovenes are a Balkan people, their mentality is far from Balkans and so is most of their DNA.
