Your question tells me that you're not aware that there are some "darker" types in the UK. She doesn't look Italian to me, just Scottish with darker eyes which is not uncommon there.

Her pigmentation is Med, I know there's darker types ie: Paleo-Atlantids, but she definitely looks Southern European mixed with CM.
