Mostly Atlantid in my opinion. A little bit Cromagnid, but I would just count him as Atlantid. Size fits in too with 188 cm.

As for a Dinaroid influence - possible, but I can't really pin it down, just speculate.

His nose is obviously no longer in a natural shape...
